  • Led marketing campaign management and developed the strategic direction for the Central Region (Hessen and Rheinland-Pfalz) to ensure brand consistency and brand impact.
  • Managed the entire campaign implementation—from conception and adaptation to performance analysis—and optimized reach and engagement.
  • Developed digital and offline marketing initiatives (website, social media, print, mailings, OoH, POS) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyzed campaign results based on data and improved conversion rates and customer loyalty.

Achievements: Established the region as a first mover and model market and developed innovative advertising materials with significantly higher engagement rates, e.g., “MemoSticks on mailboxes” (+5%) and the “GigaCube” (OOH live object with 1,000 QR code scans in 20 days, 150 leads). Reduced the advertising budget by 50% in 2025 while maintaining the same sales results. Jointly responsible for 52,000 new customers in 3 years.
